You have, yet again, improved. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> It's fantastic and lovely.

The hair us beautiful, definitely one of the best things in this. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

The necklace is a bit funny. But since it's not really a "main" piece to this, it looks okay. Just try making the circles a bit less... unround? (which isn't an actual word, apparently. XD) And more so alike and rounder. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

The eye on the left isn't as wide as the one on the right and it's not as round on the bottom. It's round-ish and then it gets flat if you look closely. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> Just try a bit more to make them more alike.

The right eyebrow is thicker than the one on the right. I'm not sure if her brows are supposed to be thick or thin, but you have both here and I'd suggest making them more so one or the other. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> 'Kay?

The lips are fantastic and I can't really see anything worth pointing out since all lips are different. ^^

The nose is very nice... but there's a funny little bump on the line by the eye on the left. See? It's about right above the nose's nostrils and just seems like it doesn't belong there. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> Just thought I'd mention that. ^^

The neck, face shape, and chin look very excellent. I have nothing to say about those.

I thiiiink.... I am done... *looks closely* Yep. I'm just about done. One last thing, though:

Work on the lines on the face. Specifically around the eyes and nose. I just see some lines that look out of place or like they don't belong where they are placed. <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> But other than that, I think I am done critiquing.
